This Holy Month delve into the spirit of Ramadan at Olea’s at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. Chef Sudqi Naddaf and his team have curated an immersive menu that takes diners on a sensory journey through authentic Levantine dishes.
Olea will showcase Ramadan traditions with modern flair bringing together varying palates to connect over Iftar and Suhour. Offering an opulent rotating menu, the Iftar features a homemade cuisine served in a lavish buffet and live-cooking stations. The warm ambience and live entertainment bring everyone together to celebrate the Holy month.
Iftar begins with an extensive selection of dates on the date-tree display along with fresh Ramadan juices. The expansive menu includes a variety of soups, hot and cold appetizers – that feature signature dishes and delicacies.
A menu curated for every palette, Chef Sudqi and team create a memorable experience for all diners. The widespread of mains include traditional favourites, popular contemporary options and an Indian corner. Ending the meal on a sweet note, the sumptuous dessert station offers quintessential Arabic desserts and contemporary pastries.
