Resident performer at Herb Alpert’s Vibrato Jazz Club in Los Angeles, Rogelio Douglas Jr. is an artist to be reckoned with. Boasting a star-studded career spanning from stints on Broadway to roles in Hollywood films, Rogelio’s live performances reverberate passion and energy.
One of the rare performers who live up to the label of ‘triple threat’, Rogelio made his mark as a singer/songwriter, actor and dancer all-in-one, moving seamlessly between the worlds of music, television, theatre, and dance.
Rogelio first garnered attention as a lead tap dancer in the Broadway show RIVERDANCE: THE SHOW, touring nationally and internationally with the production before later on appearing in the film adaptation. No stranger to the big screen, Rogelio has made appearances in films such as Whiplash, Superfast! and Straight Outta Compton. On television, Rogelio appeared in NBC’s Chicago P.D., Orange is the New Black and Ray Donovan.
When not making live musical appearances or working on TV and films, Rogelio can be found in the studio writing music. Recently, his music was used for the Season 10 premiere episode of The Discovery Network’s Deadliest Catch, HBO Network’s Silicon Valley and played on Fox Network’s smash hit Empire. Rogelio has also performed at numerous events at the request of musician and composer David Foster.

Rogelio will be performing for three months at Palazzo Versace’s intimate New York-style bar with swanky New Orleans culinary plates. Guests will be transported to a smoky American jazz bar with live performers serenading them through the night, all the while enjoying Southern-style comfort food and a wide selection of tipples.
