SOUTH TYROL REGIONAL MENU AT SPLENDIDO
With its beautiful marble bar, chic decor, and cooly elegant ambience, Splendido is unmistakably Italian – an influence carried through to the breathtaking Tuscan-inspired terrace and piazza. Begin your evening with an authentic aperitivo – a specialty drink designed to whet the appetite which is enjoyed throughout Italy. Followed by an exploration of October’s regional menu inspired by the South Tyrol region – featuring homemade recipes passed down with love from generation to generation.
South Tyrol is a wild and rugged province in the north of Italy with overgrown forest and ever green glades and is home to more Michelin starred restaurants than anywhere else in the country. A focus on specialties created using only the highest quality ingredients, unique herbs and foraged vegetables; Chef Francesco has curated a menu paying homage to this special foodie destination.
