MOOD Rooftop Lounge, perched atop The Meydan Hotel in Nad Al Sheba is introducing a brand-new menu that residents and visitors can now try including Fridays, when the urban rooftop oasis hosts the weekly Sunset Brunch.
An absolute haven with an exotic garden feel, MOOD Rooftop Lounge’s exciting menu is inspired by the elements of nature, with the signature dishes like the Grilled Lobster Thermidor and Charred King Prawncooked using hot stones while the Australian Black Angus selections are cooked using the Josper Grill, ensuring food are cooked evenly throughout.
Taste the fresh offerings at the newly launched Sunset Brunch, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm every Friday, when guests can choose from the a la carte menu of local and international cuisine, both inventive and tasty. Each dish, from the starter, salad, sushi, pizza to mains, is cooked to perfection, using high-quality ingredients and served in crockery that is designed to suit a discerning palate. Sharing desserts is available but don’t forget to ask the staff for the Flavored Cigar, a luscious dessert with a surprise flavor.
MOOD Rooftop Lounge offers fantastic beverages ranging from classic favorites and hand-crafted mix to a nice grape list with red and white choices from all over the world.
Live music will be provided by the multi-talented Lebanese artist Nasmaduring the Sunset Brunch who will belt out a wide range of Arabic, French, and English songs. She will also play the flute giving the audience a brilliant and enriching repertoire of music.
