Polo resort, Meliã Desert Palm Dubai is the place to be on Friday, 17th September. The hotel’s brasserie Epicure will be hosting a special family-friendly brunch to commemorate Mexican Independence Day. Brunch goers will be spoilt for choice with an authentic Mexican fare. That’s not it, the timing is flexible, so they can choose a three-hour slot that works for them between 1pm to 8pm.
Guests can tuck into scrumptious appetisers such as Prawn Aguachile, vegan ceviche (mushroom) and a Mariachi salad. While for the mains, dishes such as tacos (chichen pastor and lamb birria) and red beef enchiladas, will be rolled out among others.
The meal will be served with additions such as salsa verde, Molcajete, Pico de Gallo, Mexican beans and pinto rice. Yummy desserts including churros and tres leches cake will be served to satiate the sweet tooth.
Can’t take the heat? Sip into chilled beverages like Jamaica, Horchata and Tamarindo or scrummy margaritas. Salud!
