Much like the bewitching beauty, the Cleo Brunch is set to dazzle guests every Saturday evening from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. The vibe of the evening will emulate the energy of the stylish femme fatale, who effortlessly stole the show, with guests embarking on an exciting journey from the moment they walk through the doors. Expect a night filled with mysteries and surprises from start to finish with live DJs, upbeat entertainment, an abundance of delicious dishes and plenty of chance to dance.
At the lavish sharing-style CleoBrunch, guests can enjoy a variety of familiar Eastern Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a Levantine twist. The vibrant venue delivers this new experience with free-flowing Arak and Arak cocktails served alongside a selection of sharing plates for starters, main courses and desserts. Specialty shisha will accompany whilst diners unwind in the coastal chic interiors or dine al fresco at the expansive terrace with views overlooking the Dubai Canal and Burj Khalifa.
The wide selection of cold starters includes a range of mezze from hummus, walnuts muhamerah and tabbouleh, to a refreshing watermelon salad and kibbeh frakeh. Hot starters include a spicy cigar made of an airy brik pastry,filled with spiced wagyu beef, lebaneh, and feta, plus a vegetarian cheese rukakat, a fried akawii cheese filo roll. Onto the main course, dishes include the chicken shish tawouk skewer which is marinated in a blend of spices served with a tangytoum garlic paste. The main event is the famous Cleo spit roast whole lamb musahab, which is sure to be a menu highlight,served with sumac,lemon, and freshly baked saj bread.
End the brunch on a sweet note with a show-stopping baklava tower served table-side with a flourish of theatrics. This decadent dessert is a multi-layered buttered filo with pistachio cream, vanilla cream, caramelized pistachio, and chilled mastic ice cream served on the side. Finally, a platter of tropical fruit served with berry ice cream marks the end of the mystical Cleo Brunch.
