Scheduled to open its doors from May 16, La Petite Brasserie invites guests to indulge in a laid-back French dining in an elegant setting. The venue’s culinary experts promise to whisk diners away to the quaint streets of Paris with a thoughtfully crafted menu, brimming with an array of authentic French delicacies.
From mouth-watering starters such as Wagyu Tartare, Shallot Tatinand Onion Soupand refreshing salads to sumptuous main courses including Hamburger Des Champs served with Foie Gras and caramelized onion, Pappardelle with slow braised lamb shank ragu, Pan Fried Salmon and Steak Frites, every dish at La Petite Brasserie is a harmony of flavours, accompanied by an extensive selection of refreshing cocktails, premium grapes and sparkling beverages. To finish off the delightful meal on a sweet note, the culinary team has artfully prepared indulgent desserts including Hazelnut Filo Mille Feuille and Choux A La Crème amongst others.
Additionally, Park Hyatt Dubai’s beloved Asado Nights’ has ended its season for the summer; however, it will resume again in October offering guests the opportunity to feast on perfectly grilled meats whilst enjoying the cooler weather.
