For two nights only, on October 25th and 26th, diners at Carna, located on the 74th floor of SLS Dubai, will embark on a global culinary journey. The specially curated Dis-loyalty menu will feature five-courses which showcase acclaimed restaurants from Ennismore’s portfolio, including known and loved properties as well as a sneak preview of soon-to-open locations, in true Dis-loyalty style. Each course will represent a different outlet, giving guests a taste of diverse flavours from around the world. The evening will explore hero dishes from the likes of Lazuli Beach Club at SO/ Maldives, the soon to open SLS Barcelona, TheHoxton Southwark’sSeabird, Mondrian Ibiza’s Niko and Carna at SLS Dubai. Each dish will also be perfectly paired with expertly crafted taster-sized beverages from master mixologists.
Highlighting Ennismore’s diverse culinary offerings and Dis-loyalty’s unique membership programme, this exclusive menu is available as a tasting menu for AED 600 or à la carte alongside Carna’s regular offerings, giving guests a truly unforgettable dining experience that is certain to beat boring.
