Launching on 8th July 2019 and taking place at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai every first Monday of the month, hotel guests and visitors alike can indulge in a 90-minute class that features a 60-minute wellness session, massages and treats in the Experience Zone.
Combining The Ritz-Carlton’s understated luxury with RITUALS Cosmetics’ meaningful moments, the classes will feature activities that promote true relaxation and inner reflection in today’s “always-on” lifestyle. Guests can look forward to Fusion Yoga, Pilates, Muay Thai fitness, Functional Range Conditioning and Animal Flow – an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with bodyweight-training disciplines – amongst others.
Furthermore, guests can also savor light, healthy refreshments, before leaving with a goodie-bag filled with Rituals products to create a relaxing spa moment at home and gifts from the resort including a pool and beach pass for another day. To ensure that the self-love continues long after the ‘Balancing Rituals’ experience, ladies in attendance can also take advantage of a decadent buy-one-get-one-free ladies’ treatments in the hotel’s award-winning spa*
