Designed ‘For the Creatives, By the Creatives’, Paramount Hotel Dubai announces their Executive Board. Bringing the indulgent charm and glamour of Hollywood, the hotel is set to open in the last quarter of 2019.
Introducing the Californian lifestyle to Dubai, the Paramount Hotel Dubai brings together a group of uniquely creative people that will direct, design and detail exceptional experiences. Inspired by the Paramount Pictures vocabulary, the hotel staff is called ‘Paramount Cast Members’, and the Executive Board members are the ‘Executive Producers’.
Heading the release is Director (General Manager) Wael Soueid, who brings over 25 years of international and regional experience in luxury hotels from Paris to Dubai to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Tunisia. Soueid has more recently worked with the Minor Hotel Group for the Anantara Resorts overseeing five properties in Abu Dhabi. He spent 20 years prior with Marriot International working in different properties across the globe. With proven leadership expertise and a strong passion for success and operational excellence, Soueid is set to launch the premiere of Paramount Hotel Dubai.

Paramount Hotel Dubai is determined to support talents and collaboratively produce the truly extraordinary hospitality experiences through casting energizing ensembles. Employing the same, tried and tested production process, the Executive Producers will work to incorporate the Paramount values of Creativity, Simplicity, Collaboration, Mystery and an immersive Escape.
Working in tandem to introduce and lead the epicurean teams are Executive Culinary Producer, Antonello Manca and Executive Producer for Food and Beverage, Adil Elmitari. Manca with an outstanding culinary career brings over 15 years of experience from Italy, the UK, and the Middle East. Offering unparalleled culinary excellence, he will lead the culinary teams to design and deliver an epic dining experience at the Paramount Hotel Dubai. Elmitari, with his plate full of 20 years of international hospitality experience, he focuses on ensuring A-list treatment on top-line revenues. He will oversee and lead the Food and Beverage cast within the hotel while driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
Focused on filling up the hotel with A-listers, Executive Producer Sales, Karim Nadim Douay will create generating aspects for the hotel. Douay is an expert in the region with over 25 years of experience. Ensuring the hotel is in on the top of the Box Office chart, Executive Producer Marketing and Communications, Inna Gernega will be leading a creative MarComm team. She brings over 12 years of extensive experience in launching luxury hotels internationally and in the Middle East.
With preparations to win big at the Golden Globe Awards, Executive Producer Revenue Francesco Sala will be overseeing the hotel revenues, financial planning, and analysis. Executive Producer Finance Hani Salem, a specialist in strategic budgeting, auditing and negotiating, will be managing the smooth financial screenings at Paramount Hotel Dubai.
Ensuring on adding the perfect Paramount Cast, Executive Producer Casting and Development is Virginie Plin. With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, she has worked in some of the world’s leading luxury hotels in New York and the Middle East.
Promising the delivery of a ‘star treatment’ at Paramount Hotel Dubai are Executive Producer Room Adnan Dabbas and Executive Producer Engineering Damien Frantz. Dabbas’ has carved an impressive repertoire of five-star properties in Switzerland, the USA, and the Middle East. Frantz will be overlooking the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
