Designed by Chef Gaston Silva, the set menu includes an authentic Argentinian fare. Guests can dine on the beautiful Portico terrace, overlooking the city’s skyline and Burj Khalifa at a distance. Following a hearty meal, diners can walk to the Polo Bar and join in the party with a live DJ. New Year’s Eve dinner is priced at AED 750 per person with house beverages including Prosecco (until 11:30pm), AED 550 per person with soft beverages and AED 150 per child (6 to 11 years old).
Those looking for a more upbeat ambience can head to the Polo Bar or RED Bar at Meliã Desert Palm Dubai. Revellers can select from a range of beverage packages available from 8pm to 3am. For AED 499 per person, guests can sup unlimited house beverages, mixers and soft drinks until the clock strikes 12am. Following this, they can access the cash bar until 3am.
For AED 150, diners can savour tasty canapés at Polo Bar or RED Bar, and pay only for drinks upon consumption; all while grooving to the live music.
