With epic golf course views, BIBÉ rooftop lounge at JA Resort Jebel Ali Beach Dubai is about to launch a crazy challenge on January 21st at 5pm, for pro golfers to hit a hole-in-one from the lounge situated on the highest level of the hotel all the way down to the course below and win up to 25,000AED for charity in the process.
Seven professional golfers will compete in the knockout challenge -Matt Fitzpatrick, Henrik Stenson, Bernd Wiesberger Adri Arnaus, Guido Migliozzi, Matthias Schwab, and Sam Horsfield, with the winner getting one shot at the target and potentially garnering AED25,000 for a Hole in One, AED15,000 inside the inner circle or AED5,000 for the outer circle. The 82 metre distance is a difficult shot but possible from the custom-built platform in BIBÉ and all eyes will be on the professionals to see if the selected charity, Dubai Autism Centre, will benefit from the generous donation.
Kicking off at 5pm, the JA BIBÉ Rooftop Challenge will take place in the vibrant and chic rooftop lounge with uninterrupted views of the sprawling green landscape, lake and ocean beyond – featuring top class shisha, regular DJ’s and exceptional mixology. It will be overlooking the 9-hole, par 35 championship standard golf course with driving range, putting and pitching greens and Leadbetter Golf Academy Dubai of JA The Resort. A Q&A session will also take place with all the golfers and well-known Dubai Sports Journalist, Robbie Greenfield. The two-part event will then continue with a ‘Beat the Pro’ Challenge one month later, whereby members of the public and golf enthusiasts can register to also take the challenge and potentially win the money as a charitable donation. This event will be hosted by Rafa Cabrera Bello who is an official golf ambassador for JA Resorts & Hotels.
