Conceived as a landmark project that has transformed the Jumeirah Beach skyline, Address Beach Resort has set not one but two Guinness World Records™ titles on 31st March 2021.
The newly opened beach-front property by Address Hotels + Resorts received the Guinness World Records™(GWR) titles for the ‘Highest outdoor infinity pool in a building in the world’ and the ‘Highest Occupiable SkybridgeFloor in the world’. An Official Adjudicator from GWR,as well asthe leadership of Al Ain Holding and Emaar Hospitality Group in attendance.

The iconic 77-storey twin towers, housing Address Beach Resort and Address Beach Residences, are linked with now record-breaking 210-metre high skybridge that hosts some of the finest residential and serviced apartments available for sale in Dubai. The Highest outdoor infinity pool in a building in the world is located on the rooftop of the resort and offers incomparable views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island.
