Commenting on the dining experience, Lurz says, “We wanted to design a rich culinary experience – that pays homage to the Lebanese cuisine while combining it with elements of the Brazilian cuisine. Rich in flavor, texture and presentation, this modern menu was designed around local delicacies layered with seasonal produce.

Appetizers include Brazilian shrimp cocktail simmered in coriander vinaigrette sprinkled with capsicum; lentil kibbeh and a classic interpretation of the signature Tabouleh salad layered with strips of parsley, tomato and arugula for added flavor.
