Kick off the weekend in style with an all-new evening packed with Mediterranean flavours, flowing beverages and entertainment, every Saturday at ‘Ambiente’.
The evening is an ode to old-school Italian glamour and draws inspiration from picturesque picnics. Featuring a selection of traditional Mediterranean favourites, the dinner starts with delectable appetizers including ‘crab salad’, ‘homemade ravioli and tagliatelle’, ‘snails bourguignon’ and ‘creamy Burrata’. The mains include favorites like sharing-style ‘Paella’, ‘Sourdough Truffle Pie’ and flatbread. To end the meal on the sweetest of notes, dive into authentic ‘Zabaione’, ‘Mousse au Chocolat’ and more.
Ambiente promises a lavish evening with the sophistication of a classic Italian film with vintage Vespas, bustling markets and vibrant plazas with elaborate live performances by our dancers and resident DJ.
