Atlantis, The Palm has developed a well-deserved reputation for throwing a great New Year’s Eve shindig. And this year promises to be one of the best yet. Whether guests are looking for an intimate, vibrant or eclectic dining experience this New Year’s Eve, Atlantis, The Palm is inviting everyone to experience an epic night of revelry. Guests of all ages will be blown away by the midnight firework display over The Palm from the shores of The Royal Beach, with packages including a complimentary open bar from 10pm to 12am, and a glass of champagne at midnight. From 12am to 3am a cash bar will be available.

The Atlantis Gala Dinner ‘The Roaring 20s’

With a glamorous ‘roaring 20’s’ theme, partygoers can live it up with the ultimate New Year’s Eve celebration at the iconic resort. Built on a special deck out into the ocean, the spectacular evening begins at 7:30pm with canapés and champagne in the Asateer tent, before a 30-piece live band kicks off the night’s entertainment on the main deck. The bar will be open all evening serving unlimited premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including free flowing champagne, to accompany the lavish buffet serving everything from lobster and caviar, to shawarmas and fajitas. Live cooking stations and a child- friendly buffet will also be on offer.

Little ones attending the celebration are invited to a party of their own in the Asateer Tent. The ‘Under the Sea’ celebration will feature an enormous bouncy castle, an outdoor cinema, games stalls, arts and crafts and much more.

New Year’s Eve at Atlantis, The Palm’s restaurants 

A good beginning makes a good end. Make sure that 2020 is your best year yet by starting it with a bang at one of Atlantis, The Palm’s signature restaurants. With gold, silver and bronze packages available, all partygoers are invited to round off the evening with a midnight firework display on the shores of The Royal Beach to marvel as the skies above The Palm are turned into a riot of colour. Ossiano

Culinary aficionados can get together to enjoy a unique dinner at Dubai’s award-winning underwater restaurant, Ossiano. Surrounded by the breathtaking views of The Ambassador Lagoon and its captivating ocean life, guests can indulge in a six course ‘Spherification’ menu created by Chef Gregoire Berger, the 49^th Best Chef in the World as of this year’s Best Chef Awards. Using only premium ingredients from across the globe, highlights of the bespoke menu include sea urchin and caviar, langoustine with avocado, and foie gras opera. Charismatic singer/songwriter Clarita DeQuiroz will provide the soundtrack to the evening, performing rousing festive classics on the piano.

Nobu – GOLD 

Guests can enjoy an intimate evening at the legendary Nobu Dubai, where a sumptuous eight course set-menu will feature Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes including New Year sushi rolls, king crab soup, Carabineros prawns dry miso, Japanese beef ribeye, and a new year mochi with truffle tofu tiramisu. Resident DJ Kroft will provide the evening’s toe-tapping beats.

Hakkasan – GOLD 

Celebrate 2020 at the award-winning Cantonese restaurant, Hakkasan. Renowned for its modern interpretation of Cantonese cuisine, the decadent New Year’s Eve sharing menu will feature signature dishes including the supreme dim sum platter, stir fry Wagyu beef, black truffle roasted duck and slow cooked lobster.

Bread Street Kitchen & Bar- SILVER
See in the New Year with friends and family at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen. Guests can begin their evening with a selection of cold and hot starters from an array of stations including cheese, cured meats and salads before embarking on a feast of seafood, including lobster, scallops and caviar.  A selection of signature mains will be followed by a suitably decadent dessert board of mulled berry Eton mess, coffee panna cotta and carrot cake.

Ronda Locatelli – SILVER
Family and friends are invited to gather for a sophisticated, trattoria-style New Year’s Eve celebration at Michelin Chef Giorgio Locatelli’s Ronda Locatelli. The sumptuous seven course set-menu will include Italian classics such as stone baked pizzetta, Alaskan king crab, hand-caught Scottish scallops, braised beef, pan-friend Italian veal and piedmont bonet. The soundtrack to the evening will be courtesy of a live performance by a well-known Italian singer.

Seafire Steakhouse & Bar – SILVER

At Dubai’s premium steakhouse guests are invited to ring in 2020 with a mouthwatering New Year set-menu featuring cuts of our very own all-natural, grain-fed ‘Atlantis’ beef from Australia. Guests will start the evening with a selection of home-cured charcuterie, cheeses and oysters from the venue’s live stations, before delving into a selection of starters including steak tartare, fois gras terrine and salmon rillettes. Mains will include a choice of Seafire beef Rossini or line caught seabass followed by gingerbread cheesecake and a wickedly delicious black forest chocolate lava cake.

The Edge – SILVER 

Guests can ring in the New Year in this unique poolside setting boasting a glittering view of the Dubai skyline. The BBQ menu will feature a delicious spread including a gourmet cheese selection, sushi and sashimi, grilled meats and decadent desserts.

Ayamna – BRONZE 

Diners can enjoy traditional delicacies this New Year’s Eve at Dubai’s celebrated Lebanese restaurant, Ayamna. Executive Arabic Chef, Ali El Bourji will serve dishes crafted from recipes handed down over generations with a set menu including a selection of cold mezze, hot mezze, an Ayamna mixed grill and the Arabic inspired chocolate golden stone with orange yogurt cream for dessert.

Saffron – BRONZE
With more than 220 dishes and 20 live cooking stations, Saffron’s New Year’s Eve line-up is a foodie’s dream. Partygoers can watch a team of top chefs slice, dice, sizzle and stir at Saffron’s impressive variety of cooking stations, as authentic dishes from India and Southeast Asia are cooked right before their eyes. A resident DJ, meanwhile, is on hand to get everyone into the party spirit.

Kaleidoscope – BRONZE
