The dinner menu includes an amuse-bouche of Foie gras terrine and winter salad; Poached egg with quinoa, gorgonzola cheese foam and beef stew or Avocado cannelloni stuffed with lobster tartar for starters. For the main course, diners can choose from Cod fish with corn puree, buttery scallops and truffle spinach leaves; Duck confit with starched roasted potatoes and grilled baby carrots or Angus Rib Eye served with sautéed mushrooms, roasted onions and beef jus. Indulgent desserts such as Mango mousse with salty chocolate crisp pearls and honey sauce or Berries with chocolate make for a perfect end to the romantic meal, all while soaking in views of the city’s skyline and lush polo fields.
