Whether guests are in the mood to dance and celebrate at the brand’s famous ‘La Noche Blanca’ white party or create a weekend to remember with the lively Saturday brunch and new after party at chanca by COYA, everyone is sure to have the time of their lives at the picturesque venue this June.
Saturday Brunch
This June, COYA Dubai’s legendary Saturday brunch is welcoming the summer season with an explosion of flavoursome dishes and free-flowing premium beverages, all enhanced with beats from COYA MUSIC’s resident DJs and live entertainment.
With each dish served straight to the tables by COYA’s charming staff, the brunch starts with a superb selection of fresh salads, ceviches, guacamole and maki rolls, along with light bites such as the chef’s selection of anticuchos, wagyu short rib bao buns, beef tartare and Chilean sea bass croquettes.
Following on from the appetisers, guests are asked to take their pick from a choice of delicious mains. Featuring some of COYA’s most popular signature dishes alongside a few reimagined additions, the menu spans char-grilled sea bream fillet in banana leaf, beef ribs, corn-fed baby chicken, Chilean sea bass rice pot, quinoa with pearl barley and sprouting broccoli and more.
Of course, no COYA Dubai Saturday Brunch is complete without some indulgent sweet desserts. The brunch ends on a high with an Instagrammable platter of pavlova with fresh berries, freshly prepared orange and lime churros, creamy lime cheesecake, pina colada popsicles, decadent chocolate truffles, sweet dulce de leche and assorted tropical fruits.
But the party doesn’t have to end here. Guests are invited to continue the celebrations at the brunch after party at chanca by COYA, Dubai’s hottest ultra-lounge. Taking place from 4pm to 6pm, the elevated new package includes two hours of free-flowing premium spirits, selected cocktails and beers, all for just AED 280 per person.
Set within chanca’s sophisticated and alluring space, the talented COYA MUSIC resident DJs ensure that the tunes continue to flow, while bottle service to the tables can also be arranged for an extra cost.
Brunch at COYA Dubai will take place every Saturday throughout May from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. Packages are priced per person, starting from AED 409 for non-alcoholic beverages, AED 609 for house beverages, and AED 779 for the premium package. Meanwhile, the After Brunch party at chanca by COYA takes place every Saturday from 4pm to 6pm, priced AED 280 per person for two hours of free-flowing premium spirits, selected cocktails and beers.
National Ceviche Day
COYA Dubai, the 360-degree Peruvian lifestyle destination, is celebrating National Ceviche Day on Wednesday, June 28 by unveiling a unique new culinary experience.
Providing the perfect way for guests to savour and appreciate the amazing flavours of Peru’s national dish, COYA Dubai’s Head Chef Marques Tone and his team have curated a special ‘Mistura De Ceviche’ platter. Available for lunch and dinner from Saturday, June 24 to Friday, June 30, the platter features seven tasty and creative ceviche recipes.
The limited-edition spread includes delectable ceviche varieties such as Atún Chifa (yellowfin tuna with sesame seeds, rice cracker and soy), Pargo a la Trufa (red snapper with truffle, ponzu and chives) and Lubina Clásica (sea bass with sweet potato, red onion and choclo).
Meanwhile, shellfish enthusiasts will adore the Camarones (tiger prawns with miso, shiso chimichurri quinoa furikake and ají amarillo) and the Ceviche Mixto (Peruvian ground cherry leche de tigre with scallops, octopus, calamares and ají amarillo).
Finally, the vegetable-based Alcachofas (baby artichoke with apple, miso, shiso and pumpkin seeds) and Tomate de Verano (summer tomatoes, with compressed watermelon wakame, sunflower seeds and ají panca) are sure to delight meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans alike.
The ‘Mistura De Ceviche’ ceviche platter is priced AED 349 and available exclusively from Saturday, June 24 to Friday, June 30 for lunch and dinner.
Fin de Semana
COYA Dubai is inviting food connoisseurs to maximise every weekend by indulging in an exquisite Peruvian celebration.
Offering a four-course culinary journey, Fin de Semana is a tantalising Friday and Sunday afternoon experience that takes guests on an immersive journey through COYA Dubai’s signature ambiance, mouth-watering dishes and unbeatable downtown views.
The stylish affair kicks off with a bowl of delicious soup and a choice of two tempting appetisers, including Tacos de Salmon, Picanto de Pepino cucumber and apple salad, Croquetas de Lubina with Chilean sea bass, Anticuchos de Pollo chicken skewers, Maki Roll de Aguacate with shiitake mushrooms and avocado and many more.
Meanwhile, diners are invited to sample true Peruvian culinary excellence through the COYA Dubai trademark main courses. Presenting a delectable choice of specialties, such as Costillas de Res slow-cooked beef ribs, Pollo a la Parrilla grilled corn-fed baby chicken and Salmon a la Brasa with miso or COYA’s favourite and signature dishes the Chilean seabass iron pot, every recipe is served with a portion of traditional Patatas Bravas starring crispy potatoes with spicy tomato sauce.
Finally, as the journey comes to a close, diners can start their evening on a sweet note by choosing between the divinely decadent Chocolate Fundido fondant, Chicha Morada with purple corn colada and orange shortbread or the spectacular Churros de Naranja platter.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. Complimenting this feast for the senses and helping friends to unwind and relax, an array of à la carte wines, beers, speciality beverages and signature mixed drinks, such as classic Aperol Spritz, Refresco de Fresa with Roku gin, strawberry and Camparini and Inca Gimlet with Ginca Peruvian gin, can also be enjoyed.
The Fin de Semana menu is available every Friday and Sunday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, priced AED 230 per person for the set menu. Drinks are available on an à la carte basis.
Pisco Sour & Ceviche Masterclass
Brimming with the flavours, colours and energy of Latin America, COYA Dubai’s Pisco Sour & Ceviche Masterclass is perfect for those who are looking for a different kind of Sunday adventure.
Tastemakers are invited to don their aprons, and learn how to mix classic pisco sours, Latin America’s most famous cocktail, and how to create their very own zesty and delectable ceviche, the iconic national dish of Peru.
Starting in the Pisco Bar, the expert bar team begin the masterclass by explaining the history behind pisco and demonstrating the skilled craftsmanship that goes into infusing every bottle and beverage.
Once each guest has prepared their delicious concoction, COYA’s highly skilled chefs then present the traditions and techniques behind Peru’s famous ceviche.
Featuring a clear and detailed hands-on demonstration from the culinary team, guests are expertly guided through how to make their own fresh ceviche, and also given the chance to sample two other unmissable signature COYA ceviche recipes.
After the masterclass has concluded, participants are welcome to relax and tuck into a three-course lunch full of COYA favourites. This includes the famous COYA guacamole, a choice of healthy starters such as corn salad, kale y manchego and picante de pepino, followed by sumptuous main courses like grilled corn-fed baby chicken, stir-fry quinoa with green vegetable and Chilean sea bass rice iron pot. Finally, the journey ends with a helping of authentic churros and milk chocolate sauce, or Chicha Morada.
