Enjoy a new program of elegant workout classes coming to the Ciel Spa at the SLS Dubai. Find your inner dancer with ballet classes for adults and children and work on core strength and stamina, during Pilates in the sky.
Join your expert instructor, Ekaterina, for ballet classes to suit everyone at the Ciel Spa. Ekaterina’s ballet career started after graduating from the Ballet Academy in Moscow. She went on to become a ballerina at the BolshoiTheatre and has been dancing and teaching for over 10 years. A graduate of the Moscow Academy of Choreography, Ekaterina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her ballet lessons. Head into the clouds to meet your teacher on the 69th floor, ready to learn a new skill, where all ages and abilities are welcome. Adult classes will take place on Monday evenings from 13th December and children’s classes will be held on Saturday mornings from 11th December. One-to-one classes for both adults and children can be arranged on alternative days.
Focus on core strength, posture and balance during Pilates in the Sky, with Lucie Combes. Roll out your mat and get ready to work, as Lucie takes you through a series of Pilates exercises, designed to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. A passionate and energetic teacher, Lucie studied Pilates at the prestigious Stott Pilates Merrithew School and strives to bring only the best to all of her clients. A former nurse, clients are in safe hands with Lucie’s detailed knowledge of anatomy. Everyone from beginners to advanced athletes are welcome to join Lucie’s classes at the Ciel Spa starting in January 2022.
