Turkey Takeaway
Foodies can order a traditional 6 kg turkey complete with all the trimmings, including potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts, homemade gravy, cranberry sauce and tasty stuffing. Dubai residents can order turkey takeaway and enjoy Christmas flavours from 25th November to 25th December 2021. The order needs to be placed 48-hours in advance. Each turkey is priced at AED 550, ideal for 8-10 people.

Festive Polo Brunch
Celebrate the festive season with a pre-Christmas weekend brunch set to an upbeat Asado style, live music and Argentinian flavours, all while watching the thrilling game of Polo. The pre-Christmas brunch allows diners to immerse themselves in Christmas vibes, savouring traditional Christmas Turkey and Chef’s special cuts. Starting the feast with a unique selection of delicious appetizers, including melted provoleta cheese, beef and chicken empanadas, and ending on a sweet note with traditional desserts such as mince pies and other treats loaded with holiday spirit. The Festive Polo Brunch is held on 10th, 17th and 24th December 2021 from 3 pm to 6 pm at RARE Portico Terrace and is priced at AED 400 per person with house beverages and mulled wine.

Festive Afternoon Tea
Meliã Desert Palm Dubai will be serving their popular Afternoon Tea with a festive twist daily except on 25th December on the Portico Terrace. Guests can sip the finest teas and savour tiers of Xmas pastries, elegant finger sandwiches and warm scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream. The afternoon tea will be available from 4pm to 6pm and is priced at AED 185 per person including selections of JING tea and at AED 280 per person including selections of JING tea, and a glass of bubbles.

Gingerbread Workshops
The hotel’s culinary team will get little chefs into the Christmas spirit by teaching them how to make gingerbread houses. Children will not only learn to build their houses but also decorate them with icing and sweets, and carry their creations home. The workshops will be held on Saturday, 11th and 18th December from 11am to 1pm. Priced at AED 145 per child.

Christmas Cork and Cheese
Diners can kick off the Christmas celebrations early at Epicure with festive cork and cheese evenings every Thursday starting from 9th December from 7 pm to 10 pm. The sumptous spread will include a feast of delicious cheese and festive appetizers, beautifully paired with free-flowing mulled wine. Priced at AED 225 per person.

New Year’s Eve Dinner:
Welcome 2022 with an alfresco evening of sophistication and revelry at RARE; enjoy the stunning new year’s fireworks views of Dubai’s skyline and Burj Khalifa from Melia Desert Palm. Gaston Silva, the Executive Chef, promises a special five-course set menu uniquely designed to create a memorable celebration.
