With specialities from the cities of Delhi, Agra, Guwahati, Gangtok to Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, and Bangalore, the all-new Indian dining concept will satisfy any cravings from these places and more.
Blending age-old recipes with reimagined contemporary twists, the variety of dishes is carefully selected to suit the taste of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Regional favourites like Cottage Cheese cooked in yellow masala; Braised Lamb Shank smeared with rum, Mutton cooked in rich korma gravy, traditional Kerala chicken curry with coconut, Tawa masala prawns, and chicken cooked in roasted coconut gravy.
There are different kinds of biryani called “India’s Pride” and a delicious mix of tandoor kabab. These dishes are best paired with Masala Bazaar’s tempting desserts and beverages.
