Offering a 4-course set menu for two, with prices starting from AED 249 per person,guests can begin their evening with the Caviar & Waffle, a lovely Amuse Bouche made with a potato waffle, salmon caviar, crème fraiche and chives, to get their taste buds ready for the beautiful culinary experience.
As they move into the starters, prepare for an explosion of flavors with two options to decide from, the Brie Cheese Crème Brûlée, a savory dish made with baked brie, pink pepper, cassonade and sourdough crisps or the Bloody Valentine, the most delicious mix of Blood Orange and Salmon Carpaccio beautifully complimented by Campari dressing, fresh mint and pistachios.
Similarly, couples can choose between the Duck ‘Crepe’ Suzette, a delicious serving of Duck Magret and duck leg confit finished with angostura bitters and orange and Grand Marnier sauce. Or opt for the vegan option, a culinary creation of balsamic seared pearl onions, mixed mushrooms, parmesan meringue and rocket greens in a tart base, wittingly called ‘Pearls are always appropriate’.
Bring the evening to a sweet end with the Melon D’Amour, a poached melon delicacy complimented by spiced syrup, white wine, red pepper streusel, hibiscus gel and glace au fromage blanc.
