The Spicery, Wyndham Dubai Deira’s, all-day restaurant, unveil sits 2021 Valentine’s Day menu.
Available from February 11th – 14th and priced at only 250 AED per couple,the indulgent three-course menu, designed by Executive Chef Ilkeris sure to make sparks fly.
Drawing inspiration from the former spice routes running from the Far East all the way to Europe, The Spicery’s sophisticated dining room and open-air terrace offers views of the Arabian Gulf.
Guests can opt to dine inside the ambient dining room, the intimate terrace, or head to the rooftop deck to steal stunning views of the Dubai skyline and authentic Deira neighbourhood throughout the night.
Kicking off the culinary journey the meal opens with a roasted fig and goat’s cheese crumble to amuse the palate. Next appetizers such as crispy hen egg paired with sautéed mushrooms and raspberry vinaigrette, creamy saffron risotto with grilled jumbo prawns grace the table, followed by a palate cleansing lemon and ginger sorbet.
For the main event, guests will have the choice of succulent grilled beef tenderloin, Asian style steamed seabream fillet, and roasted butternut squash dish.
To accompany the delicate flavors,guests can pair the meal with a variety of soft drinks or avail a bottle of grape for an additional 100 AED. For guests with a sweet tooth, the chocolate and hazelnut fondant will be the cherry on top of an amazing meal.
