HTMi Switzerland Dubai Introduces An Emirati-Centric Hospitality-Training Program, Sufara’a Al Dhyafa

The Hotel and Tourism Management Institute (HTMi) Switzerland Dubai has recently launched an exciting and pioneering program, Sufara’a Al Dhyafa. The diploma in Hospitality Operations Management encourages Emiratis to become managers and leaders in the hospitality industry through the well-rounded program, offered at their Dubai campus as well as across all Emirates.

Sufara’a Al Dhyafa program has been expertly developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and actively aids government objectives of Emiratisation in the private sector. The program does so by encouraging Emirati drive in the hospitality industry through developing all the necessary skills to succeed in in the industry. Sufara’a Al Dhyafa is a 3-month intensive diploma that has been designed to propel local talent and help them build a career in the world of hospitality and service industry. The diploma consists of 9 modules that spans across various sectors of hospitality management to educate students and provide them with a first-ever Swiss-Certified UAE National Diploma.

With the vision of becoming the leading hospitality and tourism management institute in the Middle East, HTMi offers diploma programs and short courses to its students.

Diploma in Hospitality Operations Management is a program dedicated only to UAE National students. The purpose of the program is to provide students with the needed knowledge, skills, and competencies in order to start a hospitality career. This program aims to help Emirati students to find excellent prospects in hospitality, tourism, and service industries and to contribute to the achievement of UAE’s vision of making these sectors amongst the most prosperous in the country.
