InterContinental Hotels at Dubai Festival City will feature a series of delightful experiences throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in Iftar and Suhoor offerings specially curated by world-class chefs in four distinct venues.

The Iftar and Suhoor delicacies have been curated by some of the best and most talented chefs including Chef Georges Rahme from Lebanon, who serves as a Cluster Executive Sous Chef, Chef Chadi Abou Fakher, the reputable Arabic Pastry Chef from Syria, and Chef Mahmoud Bayoumi from Egypt, who holds the position of Head Chef of Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City.

 

Iftar at Anise – Taste the world this Ramadan with vistas of Dubai Creek and the iconic IMAGINE show

InterContinental Dubai Festival City’s lavish Iftar at Anise, which is well-known and a favourite in Dubai, will feature the finest selection of authentic Arabian delicacies from Levantine and North Africa as well as international favourites with weekly culinary highlights. Eight interactive live cooking stations are offering Thai, Indian, Japanese, Levantine, and Arabic cuisine cooked à la minute with locally sourced ingredients putting high emphasis on organic produce. Guests will have a chance to tantalise taste buds with Ouzi, a braised whole lamb, authentic Saj bread by ‘Mama Jamal’ which goes back to 48 years of experience with bread making based on inherited traditional methods passed on to generations from mother and grandmother, the famous homemade Arabic pastries by Chef Chadi Abou Fakher, and Arabic flavoured ice cream to name just a few of the highlights. Iftar at Anise can be enjoyed on the stunning outdoor terrace with views across the Dubai Creek and being entertained by the iconic IMAGINE show, an ever-changing immersive laser, light, water multi-sensory extravaganza on Festival Bay at Dubai Festival City Mall every night after sunset.

Karam Al Bahr at InterContinental Dubai Festival City offers guests to indulge in an appetizing selection of Lebanese delicacies from a curated Iftar menu and enjoy the majestic waterfront views of the Dubai Creek.

Iftar at Zaytoun – Break your fast under the stars with astonishing views of the Dubai Skyline

Zaytoun at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City will allow guests to share special moments this Ramadan with family and friends at the promenade deck overlooking the Dubai Creek. Guests can break fast under the stars with astonishing views of Dubai Skyline while savouring a sumptuous Iftar spread of authentic Arabian delicacies featuring Levantine favourites, and international flavours with weekly culinary highlights. Suhoor is offered à la carte from 9.00pm to midnight

InterContinental Dubai Festival City offers residents and visitors an Iftar experience to remember at the comfort of their home. An array of delicious Ramadan favourites such as Palestinian chicken mussakhan rolls, golden cheese sambousek with tahini sauce and the highlight being slow braised lamb shoulder with oriental rice, ouzi style as well as homemade breads and pastries will offer the perfect ending to a long day surrounded by loved ones.

InterContinental Dubai Festival City offers a unique experience for corporate Iftar and Suhoor gatherings set in Al Ras and Al Baraha ballrooms with an exquisite spread of Arabic and International offerings to match the occasion.
