Li’Brasil, the Brazillian-Lebanese restaurant in Address Beach Resort, presents ‘Brunch Beleza’ a fun, flavourful and vibrantFriday brunch affair.A perfect juxtaposition of two unique cuisines, the brunch menu has been designed by Chef de Cuisine, José Pereira, of Brazilian-descent and celebrates local and seasonal produce. Guests are invited to enjoy live music with a DJ on decks and immerse into the tropical ambience of the restaurant.
Brunch Beleza serves a sharing style culinary experience that is a blend of the homely touch of Lebanese cuisine and the exotic twist of Brazilian cuisine.
The brunch journey begins with Tira Gosta (cold mezze) which includes plates ofDibba Bay Oysters, Pineapple Capaccio, Bulgur Bel Romman, and Camarão Tropical, followed by Petiscos (hot mezze)
including Coxinha Brasileira – breaded chicken dumpling, Pastel de Carne – fried beef dumpling, Cheese Cigars, Meat Kibbeh, Lamb &Chicken Kofta and more.
As the brunch rumbles on, the long stunning bar at Li’Brasil will be serving curated mocktails, cocktails and house beverages for a perfect Friday.
Bringing the best of both worlds, Li’Brasil’s signature mains include the Picanha na Barsa:a mouth-watering Brazilian rump cap steak cut and served from the grill right into your plate by the chefs. Another speciality dish to indulge in is Baião-de-Dois com Frango, which features halloumi cheese, served beside shredded chicken breast and black-eyed beans for a savoury taste. A must-try for seafood lovers,Fatteh Caldeirada is a generous bowl of marinated seafood served with wild rice and chef’s famous sauce.
Experimenting with his take on vegan delicacies, Chef José has also integrated the Moqueca Vegana, a unique plate unlike any other, the Brazilian Veggie Curry topped with sofrito gravy, butternut squash and banana.
Ending Brunch Beleza on a sweet note, the mouth-watering selection of desserts will leave you wanting more. The sobremesa menu includes Acai na Tigela Granola topped with bananas and berries, alongside Quindima special style of baklava garnished with a delicious blood orange sorbet. Guests can also select from classics like tropical fruit salad, Café Com Leite and Rabanada.
