For the main course, guests can savour authentic Arabic dishes such as Samkeh Harra, a flavourful Koffr fish fillet with tomato, Djej Batata, a comforting chicken and potato dish infused with lemon and Arabic spices, and Qarnabit, a rich and nutty cauliflower tahini with pine nuts. On March 10th, the hotel invites guests to an exclusive art experience as renowned artist Mano Gonzalez unveils Live of Mona Lisa – a bold reimagination of history’s most iconic masterpiece. Hosted in the intimate setting of Studio 12, this exhibition blends classical elegance with modern innovation, mirroring the very essence of Dubai. Through his visionary work, Gonzalez will transform the Mona Lisa into a symbol of the city’s energy, ambition, and fusion of past and future. Just as Dubai stands at the crossroads of tradition and progress, this collection reinterprets timeless art for a contemporary world.

The exhibition will be open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM until March 19th, 2025, inviting visitors to explore at their leisure. To elevate the experience, guests can indulge in a specially curated Iftar menu at Central Restaurant, located just steps away from Studio 12.
