Since its inception in 2014, Trésind has carved a reputation for being among the region’s leading restaurants. Boasting an exclusive and immersive dining experience, Trésind Studio features an ever-evolving tasting menu by Chef Himanshu, Middle East’s highest-ranking chef. Operating with a seating capacity of 20 people only, the luxurious dining concept is housed at the East wing rooftop at Nakheel Mall and is open from Tuesday to Sunday, with two dining schedules, 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm.
Trésind Studio approaches the Indian Cuisine with a creative and innovative lens and holds a distinctive stylethat combines global ingredients with modern cooking techniques and traditional Indian elements.As part of the Trésind Studio experience, the luxury restaurant also features a 5,000 sqft urban outdoor garden that was developed with a local organic farm.
Considered one of the youngest tastemakers in Indian cuisine today, Chef Himanshu Saini said: “At Trèsind Studio, we believe that there is no concept of a signature dish, instead, the journey of every dish is constantly evolving. From the very beginning, our mission has been to change the perception of the Indian cuisine and elevate how we experience Indian food today.”

In addition, Chef Himanshu was also ranked as the 75thonThe Best Chef Awards in 2021, ‘Chef of the Year’ at the What’s On Dubai Awards 2021 and is the highest ranked chef in the Middle East.
