Papillon, Brings True French Fine Dining Back To Dubai

Papillon, the newly opened dining and show experience at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina is bringing French flair back to the dining scene of Dubai. With former Robuchon Taipei Chef Tiger at the helm of the fine dining kitchen, the menu has been created for the discerning foodie and decadent diner. The restaurant houses tables up to eight, with no bad seats of the world class, daring and sensual show, performed throughout dinner. 

Start your dinner with an array of beautifully prepared starters of Foie Gras Terrine with pickled strawberries and brioche bread or the Beetroot with orange dressing, pistachio, and goat cheese. Other must-try entrees are the Escargot with herbed butter and Sea bream Carpaccio with mandarin and dashi dressing. Move onto the mains of Truffle Pasta, Black Seabream, grilled with lemon gremolata or the Wagyu Tenderloin with tarragon mustard and padron peppers. Finish your dinner with the most sumptuous Pear Tart Tartin, the Chef’s twist on the regular apple, with a creamy caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream, perfect for sharing or try the richest Chocolate Tart and White Chocolate Cheesecake.
