This ladies’ afternoon tea will adopt a distinctly Arabic approach to afternoon tea. Taking place every Friday from 4pm- 7pm, this event will also include a flower, cake design or pottery workshop.
Park Hyatt Dubai has joined forces with celebrity chef Silvena Rowe to launch Ottoman Whispers Afternoon Tea. Offering a uniquely Arabic approach to this British favourite, this exclusively ladies event promises a sumptuous spread of sweet and savory delights, enjoyed in the privacy of Seventy Seventy. Newby Teas will be showcasing their new collection of gorgeous teas on a weekly basis with a rotation of workshops for the ladies to partake in, ranging from flower arrangement, cake design and the art of pottery.
Chef Silvena has curated an afternoon tea that deviates from the standard fare of cucumber and egg sandwiches, serving up the likes of black truffle scented soft cheese muffin and Za’atar beetroot cured salmon served with creamy ricotta. No afternoon tea would be complete without an array of lavish sweet treats and rest assured Ottoman Whispers delivers with a unique selection of mini cakes and sweets, including crispy walnut baklava, white chocolate & cardamom mousse and saffron rice pudding.
