Located at The Lana, Dorchester Collection and led by Michelin-starred chef, Chef Jean Imbert, the airy and sunlit restaurant is the ideal location to unwind with loved ones over an array of French-Mediterranean delicacies that capture the essence of the charming South of France.
Drawing inspiration from Chef Jean Imbert’s rich heritage and travels along the idyllic Mediterranean coastline, the exquisite menu features a selection of mouthwatering starters, mains and sides, each meticulously crafted by the culinary maestros at Riviera by Jean Imbertwhere every bite is an explosion of fresh and vibrant yet subtle flavours, ensuring to be an unforgettable meal.
Guests can begin their gastronomical journey with sumptuous starters such as Pissaladière made with perfectly caramelized onions, anchovies and olives; Veal tonnato served with pickles, fried capers and truffle sauce; Snails with parsley butter and many more delicious options. Moving on to mains, feast on Gnudi ricotta with spinach and roasted tomatoes; Roasted chicken breast filled with ceps and truffle; Bouillabaisse, a traditional French seafood soup; Cod served with flavourful caponata, green beans and sauce vierge amongst other options. To tastefully complement these dishes, diners can enjoy their meals with sides including PW’s corn and Panisse, also known as chickpea fries and a staple food from the South of France. Diners can still expect their favourite dishes at Riviera by Jean Imbert such as Jean’s avocado served on a bed of fresh baby spinach and caponata; Ratatouille tart with served with Parmesan sablé baked to perfection and Sea bream with confit lemon and Provençal tomatoes.
Located on the 4th floor of The Lana, the botanical inspired interiors, adorned in gorgeous shades of blush, sage, yellow and blue with every corner providing a private retreat create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
