The retreat’s brasserie, Epicure is located on the poolside and will be abuzz with spooky décor, delicious food and party vibes. Guests can come dressed in their Halloween best or simply enjoy a lazy pool day in the balmy weather.
The restaurant will serve a family-style brunch including fresh salads, yummy bites and hearty mains. Caprese bruschetta, avocado salad, four-hour slow-braised beef with vegetables, potato gnocchi with mushroom cream and pan-seared hammour with brussel sprouts will be some of the dishes available on the menu.
The highlight of the day will be the indulgent Halloween-themed desserts such as monster cookies, witch hat brownie pops and deviled eyes chocolate mousse along with cupcakes and macarons; all set to get the little ones excited.
