Drawing inspiration from the timeless practice of British culture, The Gallery offers an ever-sophisticated Afternoon Tea experience for AED 500 per person, masterfully crafted by World Pastry Champion, Chef Angelo Musa, and served with a glass of Champagne.Visitors of The Gallery can savour a carefully selected array of teas, paired with various traditional finger sandwiches including Smoked Scottish Salmon, Truffle Egg, Slow-Roasted Wagyu Beef,Alaskan King Crab and the timeless classic Coronation Chicken, among others. Located on the fourth floor of The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Riviera by Jean Imbert captures the dynamic spirit of the vibrant South of France, inspired by Chef Jean’s heritage and travels from around the breathtaking Mediterranean coastline. Overlooking picturesque views of the Marasi Bay Marina with the city’s skyline reflected on its crystal-clear waters, Rivieraoffers a three-course lunch and dinner this summer. The set menu begins with a choice of three delectable starters including Jacky’s Gazpacho with Mozzarella di Bufala, Mum’s Quinoa Tabbouleh, and Toasted Focaccia with Green Beans, Burrata and Pistachios. For mains, diners can feast on Seabass Fillet with Fennel and BarigouleJus, Tagliolini with PuttanescaSauce or Roasted Chicken with a side of Sauteed Mushrooms and Chicken Jus. Located on the 18th floor of The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Jara by Martín Berasategui is a multi-sensory dining experience that brings a new meaning to ‘cooking with love.’ Developed by one of the world’s most highly decorated chefs, Martín Berasategui, who boasts 12 Michelin stars, Jara serves as Dubai’s birthplace of masterfully curated Basque cuisine. This summer, Jara will offer a set menu for guests to enjoy while soaking in Dubai’s glistening vistas. For AED 395 per person, guests can indulge in Oysters, Martín Berasategui Salad, and Martín Berasategui’s Croquettes to start, a choice of Australian Angus Tenderloin, Seabass Supreme, or Chicken Supreme for mains, and options of Basque Cheesecake, Martín Berasategui Torrija, Warm Chocolate Cake, or Citrus Fruitsfor dessert.
Adjacent to the progressive restaurant is Jara Bar by Martín Berasategui, a unique lounge and bar concept, which perfectly blends sophisticated interiors with high-end mixology.
