Launching on 5 August, 2021, the brunch promises to transport diners to the bustling streets of Vietnam. Conceptualized by Chef Ta Van Houng, Chef De Cuisine at Blue Jade, the brand new brunch takes diners on an epicurean journey featuring a sharing style menu, with signature Vietnamese dishes taking the spotlight.

Complete with stunning views, delectable cuisine and entertaining live performances, Blue Jade’s all-new brunch promises food gourmands in Dubai an elevated Thursday evening brunch experience.
The award-winning Pan Asian restaurant boasts expansive wooden windows opening onto the terrace, whilst the open kitchen provides diners with an exemplary spectacle – a showcase of culinary artistry by the chefs as they prepare the dishes.
