Blending premium ingredients and sophistication, business associates can indulge in a two-course lunch, with the option of one starter and a main course, alongside a hot beverage for AED 110 per person.
Guests can choose from a selection of flavoursome starters including Frito Misto a lightly floured, deep-fried baby squid with lime and mint aioli, Pressed Watermelon Salad with frisee, feta, perfectly candied walnuts, crunchy olive croutons with a mint vinaigrette dressing, and more.
Mains are comprised of Wood-Roasted Salmon with roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables and cherry tomatoes, Cacio E Pepe – spaghetti with cracked black pepper, parmesan and pecorino cheese, Duck Confit Fried Rice with egg and chilli sauce, or a Grilled Sirloin Steak with a side crispy French fries and fresh tomato.
The two-course menu is accompanied by a hot beverage including tea or coffee, and is served against the idyllic backdrop of the Dubai skyline and Arabian Gulf through floor-to-ceiling windows.
