1. Aquatrek Xtreme: An underwater walking tour of one of the biggest open-air aquariums in the world

Those looking for the ultimate underwater experience, should definitely try out the latest state-of-the-art water thrill, Aquatrek Xtreme, which is the deepest in the world. Intrepid explorers descend a ladder 10 metres to the bottom of The Ambassador Lagoon whilst wearing an Aquatrek helmet, which receives a continuous supply of oxygen so your head stays completely dry. Once you reach the bottom, embark on a guided 20 minute underwater walking tour of one of the biggest open-air aquariums in the world, coming face-to-face with 65,000 marine animals including sharks, stingrays, and schools of multi-coloured fish.

2. Relax and rejuvenate in the most stunning surroundings with an underwater yoga or pilates class

Enjoy a unique yoga or pilates class immersed in the serenity of the underwater world at The Lost Chambers Aqaurium. Set against the ultimate backdrop of 65,000 colourful marine animals, prioitise in self-care and partake in an hour long class of either discipline, in one of the the most tranquil settings in Dubai. On the last Friday of every month, the yoga session is followed by a 30-minute Tibetan singing bowls meditation for a longer switch-off from the outside world. Yogis and pilates-goers must be 16 or over and bring their own towels and mats as per government Covid-19 guidelines.

3. Swim with dolphins and play with sea lions

Swim out to the depths of the dolphin lagoon and interact with Atlantis, The Palm’s resident bottlenose dolphins. A truly exhilarating experience, you’ll have the chance to be part of the dolphins’ exercise routine as you get to swim and glide alongside these majestic marine mammals.
