Guests can enjoy Truffle festival at Splendido Social Bar & Kitchen at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai in JBR from now until the end of December 2020. Known as the diamonds of the culinary world, Chef Francesco Cavazzina is bringing Italy’s best kept secret to the table. Throughout winter, guests can savor an extravagant menu of antipasti, pasta, risotto, mains and dessert, prepared with the rare ‘White Truffle’ from Alba, along with the decadent ‘Black Truffle’. Connect with its distinct aroma and eloquent earthy flavor through delicacies such as homemade Tortellini stuffed with porcini mushrooms and truffle, truffle pizza or pan-seared scallops and truffle, to name a few; or simply add freshly shaved truffle to any dish on the entire menu.
