The luxury desert resort is going all out with a mouth-watering feast for the Chinese New Year
Honouring age-old traditions of the Chinese New Year, Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, Dubai has created a special lunch menu at Al Diwan restaurant on 25th and 26th January 2020.
The special menu focuses on popular favourites of the region whilst incorporating dishes that are specially prepared during the festival to usher in prosperity, happiness and luck in the New Year. Offering a generous selection of classics, guests can indulge on Chicken Spring rolls, Panko Coated Prawns with Sweet Chilli, Chinese Ribbon Salad, as well as Seafood Rice Stick Salad. Evoking a sense of nostalgia are specialities, including Egg Fried Rice, Chinese Pepper Steak, Wok-Fried Prawns with Bok Choy amongst other flavourful culinary masterpieces.
Welcoming the New Year on a sweet, auspicious note is a selection of mouth-watering treats including, Chinese New Year Peanut Cookies, Yuzu cheesecake and Persimmon Tart. Those with an avid sweet tooth must try the Lemongrass Crème Brûlée, Coconut Bar, Green Tea Pannacotta along with an assortment of uniquely crafted desserts.
