A true taste of the Italian Riviera comes to The Palm at Massimo Bottura’s playful Torno Subito restaurant, with the launch of a brand – new tasting menu to satisfy the taste buds.
Il Tartufo; meaning ‘The Truffle,’ will be available throughout the month of February only, allowing foodies to indulge in a spectacular six-course truffle tasting menu. The perfect place for a laid-back experience, guests can dive into an authentic culinary feast, whilst dining indoors or in an outdoor colourful beach cabana, set against stunning Riviera views.
For AED499 per person, the new Il Tartufo sharing menu features “black winter truffle” as the star ingredient and offers an array of delectable dishes bursting with flavour, starting with Benvenuto! – grilled lettuce served with horseradish and drizzled with sweet honey and black truffle. Next on the menu is Uovo, a poached egg dish with parmigiano reggiano foam, grilled asparagus, mushroom chips, and black winter truffle, followed bythe Chef’s Favourite, featuring a warm focaccia with mozzarella, robiola cheese, and a fragrantblack winter truffle and aromatic salad.
The mains continue withColpa D’Alfredorisotto,made up of Alfredo sauce, porcinimushroom and black truffle, and a succulent tender Wagyu cheek, served with cauliflower puree, cacao sauce and of course, more truffle!For a plate of perfection, the 3 Cioccolatiis the sweetest of endings, featuring different textures of rich dark and milk chocolate, with salted caramel and black truffle.
