Yesterday, internationally renowned, Michelin-starred Chef, Akira Back, had a mouth-watering treat in store for guests of W Dubai – The Palm.
On board a luxurious yacht, a few metres away from the iconic W Dubai – The Palm, the man himself and Akira Back restaurant’s Head Chef Giovanni, carefully prepared an impressive array of delectable sushi rolls, including spicy tuna, California roll, salmon roll and vegi rolls.
Famed for his sense of adventure – and culinary creativity- Akira Back surprised W Dubai – The Palm beachfront guests and hand delivered mouth-watering sushi rolls via canoes, in true Akira Back style.
